How to make a study plan you can follow

A useful study plan starts from deadlines and available time, then leaves room for review and rest. Plan actions such as “solve five questions,” not vague blocks called “study.”

A simple way to try it

  1. List due dates and the topics they cover.
  2. Estimate honest 20–40 minute work blocks.
  3. Leave one buffer block for tasks that take longer than expected.
